There are really none of either game on the service. So far I find it works pretty well for the action/sports/racing games they have, but the cost is more of an issue ... and if I was going to hook something to my TV why not get a REAL console? OnLive has ~40 games right now.

But anyway, this is in no way illegal. I would know, being a student of law. In addition, eBay AND PayPal have sided with me on this matter MULTIPLE times. The only time PayPal sided with the buyer was when they claimed they never got it and I had no shipping proof. The item is accurately described, end of story. Stop crying about it and be more responsible.
Just an ending note, I've made over $2,000 doing this before and used it to buy two amazing Les Pauls. ;)

Why not sell daily copies of the FT if they don’t want to sell subscriptions through Apple. Does Apple allow this?
That would make the App the equivalent of the news stand with the additional advantage of immediate availability of to-day’s edition to-day wherever the reader is in the world. The price could be very competitive with a news stand price and the FT would not have any info on this reader in any case.

It definitely does ... i spend way too much time here. Better spent here than in other unproductive forums. Macs (here) and audio (osxaudio) are the only things that get me to post. :D

This for the time being. Yes I am into cars, and for some reason I really like Ford's patrol cars. Their new Interceptor is the only one I've liked more than the Crown Victoria.

Also by your logic we are criminally involved in Iraq at the moment. Seeing as they were not aggressors against us, and we had no reason to invade.
The oil embargo was caused by the invasion of Japan to Indochina.
And yes, if the US invaded Iraq without any reason it would be a crime. This would be a whole new debate about if there were enough reasons to justify the Iraq war.

I've have a weird bug probably from around 4.1 where the repeat 1 button in the iPod on iPhone doesn't work sometimes. It gets quite annoying and every time there is an update I hope it will fix it!

I always enjoy watching the keynotes; Steve is an engaging speaker, and did a great demo for the new iPhone. I was waffling between the 'good' and 'missing something' choice on the poll, since I really wanted to find out more about stuff I could actually buy (Airport Express, iWork, etc.), but they Keynote was good for what it concentrated on. Ultimately, it just needs to be an exercise in patience, as I have good feelings about what 2007 will ultimately bring. And since I'm locked in to another year of T-Mobile, I won't even start to consider an iPhone until 08 (although that won't stop me from going in to play with one sometime this summer! :D ).

Why do any of you care? None of you are seeing profit or loss in this situation.
Some of you sound pissed, like T.J. Maxx personally offended you by selling cheaper iPads.
Now is a good time to get one if you don't already have one. Stop arguing about warranty, you should be getting Apple care on your idevice anyway.
So... What are you waiting for? Go get one before they run out! Profit or loss is none if your concern.

That's just off the top of my head.
You dont understand how OS version works? The newest version runs ALL software for the OS. Android 2.3 does exactly that. Of course an app written for 2.3 wont run on 1.6. Thats just common sense.

This is why carrier competition is important. The T-Mobile deal needs to be struck down by regulators.
